Touratech Celebrates four "Best Brand" Awards

With four first places, Touratech got its best result ever at the „Best Brand“ Awards presentation, carried out by the „MOTORRAD“ magazine.

The readers of Europe’s biggest motorcycle magazine chose Touratech to be the winner in the categories tank bags, luggage systems / panniers, and accessories / customizing where Touratech reached the top step of the podium already for the sixth time in a row as well as in the new seats category. Never before, a manufacturer reached the first places in these four categories all at the same time.

In the readers’ poll for the "Motorcycle of the Year" - which also includes the "Best Brand" Awards, carried out for the 11th time now - 52,172 participants gave their votes for the brands they found most convincing. All sectors were represented, from accessories to exhaust pipes.

Touratech CEOs Herbert Schwarz and Jochen Schanz, Martin Wickert, Director Sales and Marketing and Member of the Board since the beginning of this year as well as Alexander Schönborn, Head of Marketing, received the coveted prizes during the award presentation ceremony at the Renitenztheater in Stuttgart. This success is a good example for quality made in Germany, emphasizing once again the company’s commitment to Niedereschach as a research and development location.

„We are overwhelmed and would like to thank the whole staff and our customers for these fantastic results”, Touratech’s board members explained, happy about these four awards. Touratech has the ambition to offer bikers all the best equipment with regard to safety and comfort, so motorcycle riding will become a wonderful experience, Martin Wickert points outs and adds: “We are glad about every customer who is happy and satisfied with our accessories on his trip. These results will inspire us to work even harder on our products."

Touratech showed its colours at all the big spring fairs at home and abroad and introduced many novelties, among others the AVENTURO Mod helmet combing the advantages of a tilt-up helmet and an adventure helmet, the Compañero World2, the successor of the multiple award-winning riding suit as well as accessories for the new Honda CRF 1000L Africa Twin. Last but not least, during springtime, Touratech will bring its first touring boots called DESTINO Adventure to the market.
