As one of the central interfaces between rider and motorcycle, footrests have a major influence on vehicle control. This is especially relevant when riding on difficult terrain.

Adjustment in two dimensions

Thanks to their unique adjustment mechanism, the new Touratech Works Pro footrests set new standards in terms of individual adjustment. Not only do they allow precise adjustment thanks to their multi-tooth ratchet system, but their adjustment curve is designed so that the footrest moves not only downwards but also backwards at the same time. This takes into account the fact that riders with long legs usually also have larger feet. This means that the height adjustment automatically adjusts the distance to the rear brake and gear levers. The knee angle and foot position are thus in anatomically correct proportion. This makes it easier to operate levers and at the same time ensures increased riding comfort.

Perfect combination of grip and self-cleaning

The claw profile of the solid footrests, made of electropolished stainless steel precision casting, is designed to provide the ideal combination of grip and self-cleaning.

The ergonomically shaped outer contour is perfectly matched to the shape of the foot, while the rounded edges protect the boot sole.

But that's not all: for road use, the Works Pro footrests for the GS Boxer have a comfortable rubber pad that can be removed without tools as soon as you hit the off-road terrain.

The new Touratech Works Pro footrests are now available for the BMW R 1300 GS and R 1300 GS Adventure, R 1250 GS and Adventure, R 1200 GS (LC) and Adventure models, as well as for the brandnew R 12 G/S.
