New Riding Gear 2023 - Products for hands and feet

New rider equipment from Touratech. This means high quality, extensively tested and practical products for riders. This spring we present a new waterproof touring boot (Destino Touring GTX) and two new premium gloves (Guardo Rambler GTX & Guardo Desert+) in black.

The new Destino Touring GTX

The new Destino Touring GTX is geared towards pleasurable travelling. Thanks to a Gore-Tex membrane, this leather boot is completely waterproof with impressively high breathability. The extra-long zip makes it particularly easy to pull on. Accordion stretch inserts give this comfortable touring boot unique wearing comfort, so you'll be happy to walk around in them as well. The well-profiled sole also makes a positive impression.

À propos sole: The advanced ethylene vinyl acetate material, EVA for short, is not only lighter than rubber, it also offers excellent cushioning properties. So while the EVA sole in combination with the high-quality Ortholite® X-35 Hybrid insole is responsible for impact absorption, the PP midsole with integrated reinforcement gives the boot the necessary stiffness to protect your foot in the event of a fall.

The sole is therefore a further element in the exemplary safety concept of the Destino Touring GTX. This also includes robust heel and ankle cups as well as a toe cap. Shins are additionally protected by a semi-elastic protector.

And the Destino Touring GTX has a few clever details to offer. The gear shift pad, for example, which protects the outer leather from wear. Or the reflective insert, which is a real safety plus when riding at night.

Back in Black: Guardo Rambler GTX

The Guardo Rambler GTX technical touring glove all in black. Apart from that, everything else in this sophisticated 3-season glove has remained the same.

The waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane is complemented by Gore Grip technology, which guarantees a secure grip and excellent tactility. The pre-forming of the glove also adds to this, allowing your fingers to rest, completely relaxed, on the handlebar grips.

The long cuffs are made of 4-way stretch material to give optimal freedom of movement.

Safety is also a top priority for this generously equipped glove. The palm protector is made of shock-absorbing SEESOFT™ Memory Foam, which effectively reduces impact energy in the case of a fall. It is embedded in highly abrasion-resistant TPU, ensuring that the glove glides across the asphalt, should your hand come into contact with it – which significantly reduces the risk of injury. On the back of the hand, hard-shell knuckle protectors made of Superfabric® provide the necessary protection. And last but not least, there is the extremely abrasion-resistant goatskin on the palm.

Adventure riders love it, the Guardo Desert+ summer glove. And you don't even have to go on a desert expedition to experience all the advantages of these lightweight gloves. In summer weather, they pay off everywhere in the world.

Although wonderfully ventilated, the Guardo Desert+ still offers excellent protection. The palm is made of highly abrasion-resistant goat nappa leather and the edges of the hand are reinforced with Superfabric®. There are also padded inserts on the fingers and knuckle protection. And then there's the leather trim on the polyester back of the hand. But what's new? The colour! The Guardo Desert+ will also be available all in black for the 2023 season!
