With the Touratech Waterproof EXTREME Edition, the motorbike accessory specialists from Niedereschach have created a soft luggage series that can withstand the toughest conditions.
The three-layer laminate combines waterproofness with abrasion and tear resistance and gives the products the necessary rigidity. The textile material is fully welded, making the bag completely dustproof and waterproof. Sensitive areas are also doubled. The technical surface of the robust material has an exceptional feel that emphasises the high-quality standards.
The EXTREME side bag is now available to complement the Midi EXTREME tank bag and the EXTREME pillion bag. In two versions with a choice of 30 or 40 litre capacity. The EXTREME side bag is equipped with the revolutionary quick-release fastener that Touratech introduced with the Endurance bag series. The central element is a plate made of a lightweight but very strong plastic. This carries precisely positioned plastic hooks, which fit Touratech's pannier racks just as precisely as those from BMW. At the centre of this docking panel is the precision quick-release fastener made of high-strength stainless steel. The docking panel is an integral part of the bag according to the sandwich principle. It forms a stable rear wall and ensures that it is firmly locked to the carrier. The optionally available locks supplement the range of functions and enable simultaneous locking with other lockable Touratech products.
The EXTREME side bag is closed using the tried-and-tested roll closure - dustproof, sandproof and waterproof. An attached mesh pocket keeps small items to hand, while a total of 20 eyelets provide lashing options for attaching additional items or the optionally available ‘accessory bag+’.
