Returns, exchanges and complaints
Even though we are constantly improving our product descriptions and images, it may happen that an item you order does not fit or looks different at home than it did in the picture.
Quick and easy returns
Step 1: Download the return slip
Please enclose this return slip, completed in full, with every return parcel.
Step 2: Create a return label
We will cover the postage costs for returns.
Depending on your payment method, we will credit the price of the goods to your PayPal or bank account.
Please provide us with your bank details for this purpose.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this, but the procedure described above makes it easier for us to process your request.

When shopping diligently, an item may occasionally break. Below, we have outlined the procedure for making a complaint within the statutory warranty period of 24 months.
Step 1:
Please send us the following information using our complaint form:
- Your customer number
- The order or invoice number
- The item number of the defective product
- Description of the fault: In order to clarify the process, we need a detailed description of the defect, possibly with a picture. Where and how is the defect noticeable? When did it occur?

Step 2:
Our complaints team will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps.
Step 3:
If your item needs to be sent in for inspection, please understand that this may take some time. Please return textile items and shoes to us in a washed or cleaned condition. Thank you very much!
Once we have received and checked the return, the invoice amount will be credited within 14 days via the payment method selected when placing the order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a returned item directly. Once we have received and checked the returned item, a credit note will be issued using the payment method specified. Simply reorder the item now.
