When the going gets tough off-road, you need an engine guard that can withstand demanding conditions. The robust, three-dimensionally shaped engine guard covers the entire critical surface of the engine, providing comprehensive protection against stones, impacts and obstacles.

For maximum stability, the engine guard is manufactured from high-strength materials. The precisely laser-cut and CNC-bent aluminium components are riveted together and reinforced with additional high-strength steel support elements. In the particularly highly stressed central section, 4 mm aluminium is used, providing 33% more material thickness, while the side sections are made from 3 mm aluminium.

The additional steel reinforcements increase the structural stability of the entire guard and ensure that forces are reliably absorbed and distributed. This creates an exceptionally durable construction for demanding off-road use.

Despite its substantial protective performance, particular attention has also been paid to optimized heat management. Several generous openings improve air circulation and support heat dissipation. This helps reduce the thermal load on the engine.

The multi-piece design also offers a practical advantage during maintenance and cleaning. Individual areas are easier to access without having to remove the entire engine guard.

The aluminium and steel surfaces feature a black micro-texture powder coating. This combines high mechanical resistance with a premium, technically oriented appearance.
