The standard Vario luggage system on the BMW R 1300 GS impresses with its elegant integration, but until now has left little room for alternative luggage concepts. This is exactly where Touratech as a pioneer in the accessories industry comes in, closing this gap with a tried-and-tested solution.
A newly developed adapter makes it possible to use all Touratech soft luggage systems directly on the original BMW Vario carrier. This gives GS riders real freedom of choice between hard and soft luggage – without compromising on safety or ease of use.

The Plug & Travel soft luggage system uses the standard mounting points of the BMW Vario system. Switching between the original plastic cases and Touratech soft luggage bags takes just seconds – no tools are required and no modifications need to be made to the motorcycle.
The fibre-reinforced plastic adapter and aluminium back plates ensure robustness in everyday use as well as on adventure trips, while a lock set provides additional security.
