Sustainability
Just like our company philosophy, our products are characterised by sustainability.
Efficiency
Working efficiently and economically for a long-term future is our declared goal – for healthy growth, for our
employees and our customers.
Authenticity
Ideas and products from motorcyclists for motorcyclists.
Innovation
With our products we are always at the cutting edge.
Reliability
You can count on us, our products and our word.
We are a role model in everything we do!
- Fairness and respect in our dealings with each other
- No personal attacks
- No “politics”
- Accepting the responsibility assigned, not playing “ping-pong”
- Transparency and clear and unambiguous communication
- Inform - as much as necessary, not as much as possible
- If someone is unable to fulfill a task assigned to them, they must provide information in good time
- “Our success” - ”My mistake”
- Always resolve conflicts with those involved
- Don't “keep problems in front of the fan”, but don't “sweep them under the carpet” either
- Integrity - acting as a role model for employees
Touratech is growing – opportunities and challenges
A strong growth in the workforce of over 100 percent in two years, as recently experienced by Touratech GmbH, brings with it extraordinary challenges. Touratech management has identified six fields of action in this process and implemented effective solutions to maximize the positive effects of growth.
Integration of new employees: A structured and transparent onboarding process ensures that the corporate culture is communicated and that new employees integrate sustainably.
Communication: The larger the team, the more efficient and clearer the communication must be in order to maintain the trust of employees and promote work towards a common goal.
Values and vision: Corporate values are actively communicated and reflected in daily processes and decisions in order to prevent alienation processes between managers and employees.
Leadership and management: The demands on managers grow with the company. Managers must not only lead their teams effectively, but also actively live the corporate culture.
Adaptability: Processes and structures are subject to continuous development in order to anticipate changes in the market.
Employee loyalty: In regular, appreciative feedback meetings, employees are shown the importance of their current position; in addition, individual development opportunities are presented.
