Back on track
Two years of travel restrictions made it tough for adventurers hearts. Luckily these times are a thing of the past and riders of adventure bikes can spread out again to explore the dirt and pavement canvas of our planet. German off road bike genius Kevin Gallas made the best of the Covid-restrictions in 2020 by taking his Yamaha Ténéré 700, pimped with some Touratech parts, onto a special kind of trip. The short movie „Holiday at Home“ (https://youtu.be/ms2sv-D-Y7Y) stunned over 160,000 viewers as Kevin did a round-trip through Germany, performing spectacular stunts on his bike.
Fast Forward to 2023: the boarders are open, so Kevin went onto another adventure ride on his beloved Touratech-equipped Yamaha Ténéré 700 World Raid. He went for a nice summer vacation to Italy, of course in typical Gallas-style. This means nice drifts, full bike control and the one or another “send it”-situation on dirt, gravel and pavement. His 2,600 km long journey took him from Lake Garda through Tuscany and Sandro Rivas enduro heaven, to the famous tower of Pisa, the beautiful coastline of Genoa and the metropolean vibe of Milan, dolce vita and italian cuisine included.
Kevins fi lmcrew included two videographers and one FPV drone pilot to make sure Kevins action was covered in the best possible angles. “Holiday in Italy” will be released on October 2nd at 8pm CET on the Weber-Werke YouTube channel, followed up by a behind the scenes edit in the days after.
