As a completely new development, the Aventuro PRO Carbon offers high-tech for demanding travel enduro riders. Double certified according to the current ECE 22.06 and DOT standards, the modular helmet made of advanced X-PRO carbon not only impresses with outstanding safety, but also offers numerous innovative features.

A great tradition obliges. That is why one of the central challenges in the development of the Touratech Aventuro PRO Carbon was to raise the proven basic concept of the two predecessor models to a new level on the basis of the very latest technologies.

High-strength helmet shell made of X-PRO Carbon

The brand new X-PRO carbon technology realises an unsurpassed strength-to-weight ratio. In the process, 3K carbon (3,000 fibres per bundle) is formed into a high-strength composite structure. The high fibre content (≥ 60 percent) maximises the mechanical properties of the helmet shell, while the precise fibre distribution ensures uniform strength in all dimensions and a refined appearance. Despite higher stiffness and strength, the X-PRO Carbon helmet shell is approximately 10 percent lighter than conventional constructions. Three different sized helmet shells also ensure the optimum ratio of shell and shock-absorbing EPS dome at all times.

Split ventilation in the chin area

The completely new ventilation in the chin area has a lower slider with which the air flow for the rider can be regulated, while the upper tilt mechanism controls a separate air flow for the ventilation of the visor. This innovative solution makes it possible for the first time to ensure optimal ventilation of the visor even in cool temperatures without having to accept a loss of comfort.

New Peak

The helmet shield, known to endurists as the peak, is also new in the Aventuro PRO Carbon. The attachment, independent of the visor, sends a clear signal in terms of further improved user-friendliness.

Certified according to the latest standard ECE22.06

In addition to its certification in accordance with the American DOT standard, the Aventuro PRO Carbon complies with the newly introduced ECE22.06 standard. The test procedures for both the helmet shell and the visor have been significantly tightened compared to the previously valid ECE22.05 standard, and additional scenarios have been included in the test procedure.

Patented emergency release system for the interior padding

In the lower area of the back of the helmet, there are two push buttons with which the cheeks and neck padding can be unlocked so that they can simply be pulled out downwards. This allows the helmet to be removed from the wearer's head without resistance.

Aventuro PRO Carbon | Proven basic concept based on the latest technologies

As with its two predecessors, the basic principle of the Aventuro PRO Carbon is as simple as it is convincing. The PRO combines three helmets in one. Without tools, it can be transformed from a cross helmet into a hybrid helmet or a thoroughbred road helmet in no time at all, depending on the intended use. In each of these three disciplines, the Aventuro PRO Carbon proves to be a master of its trade.

As an airy cross helmet, the Aventuro PRO Carbon convinces first of all with the low weight of its high-strength shell made of X-PRO Carbon. Even during sporty off-road riding, it is easy on the wearer's neck muscles.

In its hybrid helmet configuration, the Aventuro PRO Carbon has a visor. This means that adventure riders benefit from optimum weather protection on long, fast connecting stages. To ensure a perfect climate inside the helmet even on hot days, the ventilation system has been further optimised.

To use the Aventuro PRO Carbon as a sporty road helmet, the helmet shield can be removed in just a few steps. This is now even easier because the visor and shield have separate fastenings. The aerodynamics are convincing even at high speed.

Maximum comfort

Regardless of the use scenario, the Aventuro PRO Carbon convinces with its low weight, innovative ventilation and comfortable interior. The inner padding and the three-dimensionally shaped cheek pads are made of skin-friendly and temperature-regulating Coolmax™. They can be easily removed for washing and replaced if necessary.

The "Ergo Padding System" allows the helmet to be optimally adapted to the individual head shape of the wearer by means of several foam padding strips.
